# Lost Klay Coin when transferring on Wemix

transferred my Klay coin on Wemix wallet to my Binance Wallet. no error occurred… i waited for almost 30 mins. no Klay coin was transferred. i checked the transaction history on Wemix it says no transaction found but there’s Hash number…should i contact wemix support?..

I hope this is resolved already.  
You may be able to search your transaction in [https://scope.klaytn.com/](https://scope.klaytn.com/).  
If you can find your transaction here, then it would be better to ask binance support.  
Please let me know if you have another question.
