# RPC Server Issue

RPC Server respond is 403, pls help.

If you are using the public EN ([https://api.cypress.klaytn.net:8651](https://api.cypress.klaytn.net:8651)), we applied [EN Rate Limitation Policy](https://www.facebook.com/groups/klaytndevelopers/permalink/1899823233493181) since August 20th, 2020.

We encourage you to use [Klaytn API Service](https://www.klaytnapi.com) instead. It also provides an EN endpoint for JSON-RPC API. It provides 10,000 requests per day for free. Please try this.

I noticed you said “It provides 10,000 requests per day for free.” where can I make the payment if the requests reaches over 10,000 requests per day?
