# 카이아스퀘어 클레임 오류 조치부탁

카이아 스퀘어 jump Everstake에 10만카이아 언스테이킹하고 1주일 지나서 클레임하는데 버튼 안눌러지네요. 큰 금액은 일부러 클레임을 못하게 되어있나요?

Kaia Square에는 큰 금액을 클레임하는 것을 막는 규칙이 없습니다. 7일 쿨다운이 끝난 후에도 Claim 버튼이 회색으로 남아 있다면, 보통 프론트엔드 오류입니다. 페이지를 새로고침하고 지갑을 다시 연결해 주세요.
“언스테이킹 진행” 카드에서 확인해 주세요:
- Claimable이 0 KAIA로 표시된다면, 타이머가 아직 완료되지 않은 것이므로 버튼이 계속 회색으로 표시됩니다.
- 7일 이상 기다렸는데도 문제가 계속된다면, Kaia Discord([Kaia](https://discord.com/invite/kaiachain))에서 지원 티켓을 열어주시면 팀에서 도와드리겠습니다.

Hi, There isn’t any rule in Kaia Square that blocks a large claim.
If the Claim button is still grey after the 7-day cool-down, it’s usually a front-end glitch. Please refresh the page and reconnect your wallet.
Check the “undelegation progress” card:
- If it shows **Claimable 0 KAIA** , the timer hasn’t finished yet, so the button will stay grey.
- If you’ve already waited **more than 7 days** and the problem persists, open a support ticket in the Kaia Discord ([Kaia](https://discord.com/invite/kaiachain)) and our team will help you there.

디스코드에서 과거에 클레이튼 재단 조롱하다가 밴을 먹었습니다. ㅜㅜ
