Summary of KIP-276
This proposal adds a new api endpoint to fetch the configuration for each fork, and focuses on describing the difference from EIP-7910.
The API will increases transparency of configuration values for each fork, and will allow users to check that their node are ready for the next fork and that the current fork configuration values are correct.
Technical Outlook
Explicitly define the values Kaia returns for activationTime, blobSchedule, forkId, precompiles, and systemContracts.
