We’ve just rolled out Kaia v2.0.1 — a bugfix-focused update that addresses several issues from v2.0.0.
Why this matters:
- Consensus Nodes (CNs) using live pruning were at risk of state trie corruption. This has now been fixed.
- Block processing speed has improved thanks to BLS public key caching (KIP-113).
- Other improvements include better RPC behavior, block sync handling, and console support.
No hardfork in this version — but one is on the way.

If you’re running a CN, it’s strongly recommended to upgrade ASAP.
