Truffle deploy 시 timeout 에러 관련 문의

truffle deploy --network baobab를 이용해 deploy를 하려고 하면 다음과 같은 에러가 발생합니다.

truffle-config.js에서 timeout을 999999로 놓고 해봐도 같은 현상이 일어납니다. 무엇이 잘못되었습니까?
