If you are using the public EN (https://api.cypress.klaytn.net:8651), we applied EN Rate Limitation Policy since August 20th, 2020.

We encourage you to use Klaytn API Service instead. It also provides an EN endpoint for JSON-RPC API. It provides 10,000 requests per day for free. Please try this.
